She is Lecturer at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Department of Informatics and Economic Cybernetics and scientific researcher at the National Scientific Research Institute for Labour and Social Protection starting with 2007.

She graduated the Faculty of Economic Cybernetics, Statistics and Informatics, The Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies in 2007 and the  Master Program “The Doctoral School of Finance and Banking” in 2009. She received her Ph.D. in Economics in 2011 and is currently a post-doctoral researcher at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.

She has over 7 years experience in socio-economic research and advanced knowledge in the labour market field, contributing to the research studies by quantitative analysis of statistical data, econometric modelling, forecasting, scenario analysis and numerical simulations. She also holds professional certification as an analyst programmer, with rich experience in using Eviews 7, STATA, SPSS, Crystal Ball and Matlab software.

She participated in international training courses for labour market, in more than 15 research projects and held various lectures with published papers at over 30 international conferences held in country or abroad publishing over 46 articles indexed in international databases.

Her research interests concerns macroeconomic analysis and forecasting, labour market modelling, numerical simulations, decision making optimization.
