Towards a carbon-neutral, circular, and sustainable economy
TOWARDS A CARBON-NEUTRAL, CIRCULAR, AND SUSTAINABLE ECONOMY
Circular economy and sustainable systems can decrease consumption levels and climate change. Moving to renewables and towards carbon neutrality and clean energy can lead to green sustainable economies. The transition towards resilient green low carbon economies encompasses reducing waste and integrating clean efficient energy systems, thus reducing large-scale carbon footprint. Carbon-neutral environmentally sustainable circular economies cut down CO2-emissions, promote reuse and recycling, manufacture resource-efficient products, and fight planned obsolescence.
