The conference will be held online on 26–27 November 2025, Bucharest, Romania.

Submission Guidelines:
We invite researchers, academics, and practitioners to submit their original research papers, case studies, and conceptual contributions to be presented at ICESBA 2025. The conference encourages interdisciplinary submissions that explore the intersection of business administration, economic sciences, sustainability, and environmental management.

Submission Requirements:
• Abstract (maximum 300 words)
• Full paper (maximum 8,000 words)
• Author(s) contact details (full name, institutional affiliation, and email address)

Submission Process:

 All papers should be submitted via email to the conference organizing committee at se_egurgu@spiruharet.ro.
The abstracts should be formatted according to the Template (available on the conference website), because they will be published in a Book of Abstracts at the end of the conference.
The full papers can be published, at the authors request, in the Annals of Spiru Haret University – Economic Series, a SHU internationally indexed journal, and should be formatted according to the provided submission guidelines (available on the journal website:http://anale-economie.spiruharet.ro).
Conference Language: The official language of the conference is English.
